Private Landlords Increasingly Considering Selling
I actually hear very often from private landlords that they want to exit the rental business or have already sold, as it has become increasingly unattractive.
Setting aside the often poor returns entirely.
And this was already the case before the legislative amendment!
This seems to me to be a general shift away from private rental. My parents still saw renting out apartments as the royal road to wealth building.
Do you perceive it the same way?
