Please enter the acquisition costs for the leasing or hire-purchase asset. If you are are entitled to deduct input tax, please enter the net amount, otherwise gross.

Please enter any down payment agreed to be paid at the beginning of the term of the contract.

Final payment on the date of the last day of the financing term, such as a residual value (e.g. in case of a non-full pay out contract with a right to put ('Teilamortisation mit Andienungsrecht')) – sometimes agreed as a fixed final payment ('Abschlusszahlung') in lease or hire-purchase agreements (sometimes also referred to as “Ballonrate”).
