 👉 Use the advantages strategically – not just in crisis mode!  
   
Compared to loans, leasing enjoys a significantly better collateral position, which is why leasing and sale & leaseback are also used in insolvency or in pre-insolvency crisis situations.  
   
I am not aware of a single IDW S6 expert opinion that does not include a sale & leaseback as a source of liquidity.   
 👉 But leasing is not only useful in times of crisis!  
   
Dear CFOs,  
Dear Treasurers,  
Dear Companies,   
   
 👉 Use leasing – regardless of your credit rating – as a financing building block even in normal times!  
  
 👉 A product that is so strong it can still help you even in a crisis also offers you stability, resilience, and longer terms in today's uncertain economic environment – at comparable margins!  
   
Leasing also offers additional benefits, such as improved balance sheet ratios (equity ratio) and unutilized bank credit lines.   
   
All factors that will give you advantages again in the ratings of banks and credit agencies!
