In case of leasing, the amount expected the lessee has to additionally pay at the end of the term in order to obtain the legal title to the asset; in non-full-pay-out or full-pay-out leases (“Teil- oder Voll-Amortisationsverträgen”) referred to as post-lease proceeds (“Nachmieterlöse”); in the case of leasing agreements with a purchase option for the lessee the purchase option price. This does not apply to hire-purchase agreements as ownership is automatically transferred with payment of the last installment.
